Delivery is free across the EU, with no minimum order. Everywhere else, including the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, the USA and Turkey, we ship with DHL: free from €200, and €19.99 below that. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders usually arrive in 2 - 4 working days. That is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.
ONE FREE SIZE EXCHANGE
If the size is not right, your first exchange on a Sharkskin item costs you nothing. Email contact@sharkskineurope.com within 14 days of receiving it and we send the new size out together with a return label for the original.
14-DAY RETURNS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to ask for a return. The item has to be unused and in the condition it reached you in, with its tags and original packaging intact, and you need your proof of purchase. For a refund rather than an exchange you arrange and pay the return shipping yourself. Once the return is approved, the refund is issued within 10 business days.
